Growing up I have always been active, soccer till I was 12 and Hockey until high school. Like most everyone else my activity level slowly and surely came to a crawl. Work and sleep, and social events on the weekends left me lazy and over weight. Before I knew it I was 70lbs over weight, almost 255lbs! I had the Gym membership like everyone else but lacked the motivation to go. I also lacked the knowledge to lose the weight. Until I saw the results Xaviera, my girlfriend was gaining I finally decided to give the group exercise classes a try. It all Started with R.I.P.P.E.D. I was dropping weight weekly and in a few short months I was down to what I weighed in high school! (nearly 10 years ago). I liked it so much I got certified to help others reach there goals too. If R.I.P.P.E.D. is not your thing there are plenty other great group exercise formats out there. All you need is the motivation to try!
